Twas A Tale of Woe For A Vulnerable Foe

SHEPHERDS KEPT SHEEP & MOUNTAIN DWELLERS KEPT HIVES 

AND THE MONARCHS OF THE CHAPARRAL DEVELOPED AN APPETITE FOR BOTH   

THE LAST GRIZZLY BEAR TO BE SHOT IN THE GREAT SAN GABRIEL MOUNTAINS OCCURRED IN THE YEAR 1916   BUT A NATIVE BEAR, SHE WAS NOT   SHE WAS AN ESCAPEE FROM THE GRIFFITH PARK ZOO

Humans foul everything we touch. This extermination is very sad. The beehive is a sweet treat. Hope we find out what is causing their dissappearence.
